Tiffany & Co. has lots of followers on Facebook and Instagram, but it’s Twitter where the brand sparkles. According to Diana Hong, vp of digital marketing, Tiffany "found its groove" by combining a historically witty personality with dazzling product shots, and a healthy dose of celebrity endorsements. Engagement Labs, which ranks companies on social media, listed Tiffany as the top luxury brand on Twitter. CEO Bryan Segal pointed to its "potion" — it combines the right content with the right frequency and broad reach.
